Personal Injury & Medical Negligence

If you have been injured in an accident that was not your fault, or suffered illness due to someone else’s fault, we could help you to make a personal injury claim.

You may be able to make a personal injury claim on a No Win No Fee basis by entering into a Conditional Fee Arrangement with ourselves.  This means that you may not have to pay anything if your claim is not successful.  We will assess each injury on its merits to determine whether this is the right option for you.

There are many different types of personal injury claims including those arising from road traffic accidents, slips and trips, accidents at work in public places.  A personal injury claim is brought against the person or company at fault for damages due to the injury and for expenses incurred or to be incurred.

Please note that there are strict time limits on bringing a personal injury claim.  This is generally limited to 3 years from the date of the accident.

Alternatively, you may have suffered from an injury whilst in hospital.  This is called a clinical or medical negligence claim.  This means that you have suffered an injury due to the fault of someone working in the medical profession.

To bring a claim you must be able to prove that the healthcare professional or NHS Trust failed to carry out their duties to the appropriate clinical standard and this resulted in the injury that you have suffered.

Again, please note that there are strict time limits on bringing a clinical / medical negligence claim.  This is generally limited to 3 years from the date of the injury.
