A personal injury claim is brought against the person or company whom is believed to be at fault for the injury, together with any associated expenses, such as vehicle damage, loss of earnings, care & assistance, medical expenses and any other financial losses that are incurred as a direct result of the accident.

Please note that there are strict time limits on bringing a personal injury claim. This is generally limited to 3 years from the date of the accident and therefore the sooner you bring your claim the better as evidence can be lost or destroyed over the passage of time.
