Celebrating Our Newest Trainee Solicitors: Abigail Windle & Elle Hall

At MBH Solicitors, we are proud to support and develop the next generation of legal professionals - and we’re delighted to celebrate two important milestones within our team.

Please join us in congratulating Abigail Windle and Elle Hall, who have both recently started their training contracts with MBH Solicitors

Abigail Windle

Abigail’s journey into law reflects both determination and passion. After completing an undergraduate degree in Philosophy in 2016, she made the decision to pursue a legal career and began working part-time as a law assistant while continuing her studies.

She went on to achieve her law diploma in 2022, followed by her Legal Practice Course (LPC), which she completed with distinction in January 2025 - an excellent achievement.

Abigail joined MBH Solicitors in January 2025 and began her training contract in September 2025. She is currently working within our Conveyancing department, supporting clients with residential property matters and assisting Dawn Jones.

Having already gained hands-on experience across a significant number of cases each year, Abigail is building a strong foundation as she works towards qualifying as a solicitor specialising in Residential Conveyancing.

Elle Hall

Elle began her training contract with MBH Solicitors in April 2026 and is undertaking this part-time alongside her continued studies. She is currently completing her Legal Practice Course (LPC) with a Master’s qualification at The University of Law, with the goal of qualifying in early 2029.

Elle plays an important role within our Private Client team, supporting individuals and families with estate planning and administration. Her work includes drafting wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, and assisting with probate applications.

She understands that these matters are often deeply personal and approaches her work with care, clarity, and empathy - ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way.

Looking Ahead

Both Abigail and Elle are supervised by experienced members of our team and will benefit from a structured training programme designed to support their development across key areas of law.

Their commitment, enthusiasm, and growing expertise make them valuable members of the MBH team, and we are excited to be part of their journey as they progress towards qualification.

We look forward to supporting Abigail and Elle throughout their training and watching their careers continue to flourish.
