Paula Caldwell

Paula completed her Law Degree in 1994 at the University of Lancaster. Paula has almost 25 years’ experience working in the Family law and Private Client sector.

She spent the majority of her career working for a family run firm in her birth town of Liverpool where she headed up her own departments dealing with a wide range of cases including Divorce, finances, children and contact issues and injunctions together with Wills, probate, powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.

Paula has lived in Wigan for over 20 years and joined the MBH team in September 2022 and will be working within the Family Law and Private Client teams.

Paula enjoys meeting with clients and always likes to put them at ease. Clients have commented that she is very approachable with a calm manner.

Paula has worked on around 200 files per year during her career and is supervised at MBH solicitors by Partner, Gillian Lavelle.

In her spare time Paula likes nothing more that walking along the canal with her very enthusiastic Tibetan Terrier Teddie and not so enthusiastic teenage son. She also enjoys holidaying abroad with the Greek Islands being her go to place.
