Alison began her career in Wigan almost three decades ago, working across various legal areas before specialising in personal injury claims. She has led Road Traffic Accident departments, managing over 2,000 cases, and has also worked in Defendant Counter Fraud Services, tackling ‘crash for cash’ claims and organised crime cases. One of her most significant successes involved securing a large settlement for 11 claimants in a case that was defended with allegations of fraud.

Her strong background in litigation and negotiation has earned her a reputation for hard work, dedication, and strategic case management. Alison believes in knowing when to negotiate and when to push forward, a skill that has led to many successful case outcomes.

Outside of the office, Alison is a partner at Poets Corner, a well-loved local café and bar in Wigan. She is also a busy mum, spending weekends supporting her two sports-mad boys on the rugby and football fields.
